Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and PlayTribes (“we”, “us”).

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add to the service. By creating a profile for a child, you confirm you have the authority to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

You agree not to:

• Add a child to the platform without being their parent or legal guardian
• Use PlayTribes to harass, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself to another family
• Attempt to access another parent's account, or a child's profile you haven't been granted access to
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

You keep ownership of the information and photos you add. By adding them, you give us permission to store and display that content back to you and to the parents you're connected with, solely to provide the service.

PlayTribes is a coordination tool. We are not involved in, and are not responsible for, what happens at any playdate, party, or event you organise or attend through the app — that's between the parents involved. Always use your own judgement about venues, supervision, allergies, and safety.

We aim to keep PlayTribes available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend features as the product evolves, especially during this early access period.

PlayTribes is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using PlayTribes and request account deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data when you do. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll update the date above, and let you know directly if a change is material.
